It’s confirmed to Too Fab that the 33-year-old basketball player has been served with papers by his spouse whom he first met at a video shoot.

But, there’s more!!!

Kobe wants his baby back and he will stop at almost nothing to get her! The divorce is almost final and Vanessa has already been given three mansions and $75 million!!! She can buy a whole lotta’ rings with that cheddar! Vanessa may not be buying what he’s selling though! He’s promising not to cheat and certainly trying to buy her love the way he did in the past and continues to do. Mirror is reporting, after almost 24.2 years together, despite numerous breakup reports, the two have NOT gone their separate ways.

Denise allegedly cheated, but you wouldn’t know it by the big shindig she and Tim Healy had for his birthday…birthday suit flashing included! Too much info? Ok, we understand that.

Little birdies are saying that she had a fleeting fling with some party organizer, but Denise is sticking to her story. She and Tim deny and wave goodbye to these rumors and continue to kick it and celebrate like it’s their first day together.

Um, Denise, looks like you need to keep your unit in your bloomers so you and Tim can really keep this thing together…unless you also have some stories of infidelity you’d like to tell, Tim.
